About the Role
These positions are located in the Farm Service Agency, Oklahoma State Office in the following locations: VINITA CRAIG OK This position provides support and assistance to the Farm Loan Managers and Farm Loan Officers that perform a range of lending activities, closing, disbursement, monitoring, liquidating, and servicing of agricultural loans.
What You'll Do
- →Provides support and assistance to the Farm Loan Chief, and Farm Loan Specialists, and County Offices that perform a range of lending activities, closing, disbursement, monitoring, liquidating, and servicing of agricultural loans.
- →Under the direction of the District Director and the Farm Loan Manager, works collaboratively with Farm Loan Officers and loan staff.
- →Performs analysis, evaluation and advisory assignments related to the effective delivery of loan making and servicing activities.
- →Assists in the formulation and implementation of farm loan programs, policies, and procedures for the assigned farm loan area.
- →Works with customers to assess their needs and provides information or assistance in resolving their issues.
- →Communicates with borrowers regarding loan status, status of pending requests, and standard loan fund policies and procedures.
- →Provides technical advice and assistance on less complex matters concerning loan making.
- →Identifies, analyzes, and makes recommendations to resolve conventional problems and situations in farm loan making.
- →Reviews, evaluates, and independently completes preliminary underwriting for loan cases.
Requirements
- ✓You must be a US Citizen or US National.
- ✓Males born after 12/31/1959 must be Selective Service registered or exempt.
- ✓Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation and/or fingerprint check.
- ✓If selected, you may be sent instructions on obtaining fingerprints.
