About the Role
The Community Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides practical nursing support to ensure Veterans receive timely, high-quality care when services are referred to community providers. The LPN works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and supports administrative, clinical, and care-coordination functions that ensure smooth processing of Community Care consults.

Requirements
