About the Role
This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application.
What You'll Do

- →Follow program regulations and perform objectives of the nursing program.
- →Promote and demonstrate nursing concepts in the Medical Center.
- →Work in collaboration with the Registered Nurse and/or the Health Care Provider.
- →Work independently and communicate effectively with the Veteran, families, caregivers, professionals and other supportive staff.
- →Support and manage the Telehealth clinical program.
- →Site imager for telehealth store and forward applications.
- →Facilitate real time Clinical Video Telehealth encounters.
- →Assist with patient education activities.
- →Assist with Patient Aligned Care Teams in primary care, specialty care and remote visits.
- →Perform a variety of patient care duties for asynchronous, synchronous and clinical visits.
- →Assist with providing equipment for Home Telehealth programs.
- →Provides technical and scheduling support, and other program support duties as assigned.
- →Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm Recruitment Incentive (Sign-on Bonus): May be authorized for highly qualified candidates.

- ✓Participation in the seasonal influenza vaccination program is a requirement for all Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care Personnel (HCP).
