This position is located at the Leisure Travel Services on Fort Bliss. What You'll Do
- →Oversee daily operations, assign work, provide coaching, conduct evaluations, counsel employees, and administer discipline when required.
- →Review and approve timecards and leave in Time and Attendance System; ensure labor accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll submission.
- →Process personnel actions — Submit awards, initiate staffing actions, support recruitment, and coordinate onboarding and HR documentation.
- →Ensure internal controls, handling compliance, revenue reconciliation, audit readiness, and overall financial accountability for LTS operations.
- →Address escalated customer concerns, ensure service recovery, and maintain smooth daily operations and vendor coordination.
