About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at a commissary store within the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) system.
What You'll Do
- →Distribute and balance workload among employees, monitor status and progress of work, and make day-to-day adjustments.
- →Instruct employees in specific tasks and job techniques and assists with problems.
- →Answer questions on procedures, policies, directives.
- →Check work in progress or upon completion to ensure procedures are followed.
- →Conduct on-the-job training covering all aspects of the work performed in the various functional retail areas of the store.
- →Provide instruction on the proper use and care of equipment, safety rules and sanitary requirements.
- →Maintain records of work accomplishments and time expended and prepare production reports as required.
- →Based on workload requirements and staffing levels, perform work in any area of the commissary.
