The Bureau of Administration directs the Department's worldwide supply chain infrastructure and systems for contracting acquisition, transportation, travel, claims, personal property, inventory management, and diplomatic pouch and mail service. Global Operations provides global logistics support for the people and programs of America's diplomacy.
What You'll Do
- →Exercise first-line workflow authority over a team of PCS Analysts, providing input for performance evaluations, recommending personnel actions and feeding into decisions on leave approval and work assignments.
- →Lead studies to evaluate administrative procedures, policies, and methods associated with the PCS process, resulting in policy recommendations to senior leadership.
- →Research, review, analyze, and maintain currency with policies, regulations, and procedures, including 3 FAM, 14 FAM, Standardized Regulations, Federal Travel Regulations, and Department/Bureau policies.
- →Plan, and lead short-term and long-term team projects to evaluate activity trends, prioritization, and the impact of changing regulations.
