You will serve as a LEAD PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR in the BUSINESS & PLANNING OFFICE within the TEST AND EVALUATION DEPT of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a subject matter expert and team leader responsible for directing the full lifecycle of procurement and contract management.
- →You will apply advanced analytical and leadership skills to guide a team of specialists to ensure mission-critical projects are strategically resourced, programmatically sound, and contractually secure.
- →You will proactively monitor contractor performance against cost, schedule, and quality metrics to independently identify, negotiate, and resolve performance discrepancies to mitigate risks and resource loss to the government.
- →You will oversee vendor security assessments, verify personnel clearances for access to classified or controlled information (CUI), and integrate security clauses directly into Statements of Work.
- →You will apply expert knowledge of Navy Working Capital Fund procedures, fiscal law, and funding appropriations to all procurement actions.
