About the Role
This position will be filled using the Direct Hiring Authority (DHA) for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in Department of Defense (DoD). About the Position: This is a Lead Police Officer (Desk Sergeant) position in the Installation Services Directorate at Tobyhanna Army Depot.
What You'll Do
- →Review incident reports for accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures.
- →Coordinate emergency responses with internal and external agencies to maintain public safety.
- →Monitor communication systems to provide real-time support to patrol units.
- →Train new officers on law enforcement procedures to enhance team performance.
- →Direct police operations to ensure timely response to emergencies across the installation.
