What You'll Do
- →You will provide on the job training to new police officers in compliance with existing procedures and policies.
- →You will conduct preliminary investigations of incidents ranging from minor offenses to felony and major crimes and serve as an Incident Commander to lead operations for major incidents or situations.
- →You will respond to and investigate complaints while enforcing state and federal laws, the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), DoD and Navy regulations, and installation directives.
- →You will report performance, progress, training needs, and disciplinary actions of employees to the supervisor.
- →You will distribute and balance the workload among employees in accordance with established workflow or job specialization and assure timely accomplishment of assigned workload.
