You will serve as a LEAD OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST in the FST LOGISTICS DIV, FST DEPT of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
What You'll Do
- →You will develop and document standard work methods for readiness and analytical processes in concert with national NAVAIR policy and guidance.
- →You will coordinate with readiness team and provide Maintenance Data to external/internal customers.
- →You will articulate and communicate to the team assignments, projects, problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.
- →You will prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinate the preparation, presentation and communication of work-related information to the supervisor.
- →You will research, learn and apply a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze and improve team effectiveness, efficiency and work products.
Requirements
- ✓At least 3 of the 24 semester hours must have been in calculus.
