About the Role
Are you a nursing expert in the field of clinical research protocol development, implementation, and management in a highly specialized scientific discipline? Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) is hiring for an experienced Nurse Specialist (Research) who will provide leadership and significantly contribute to all aspects of the clinical research protocol life cycle.
What You'll Do
- →Developing, implementing, and managing key procedures/aspects of the protocol within the scientific scope defined.
- →Facilitating, coaching, and planning techniques to lead clinical research within the NICHD, Office of the Clinical Director.
- →Independently evaluating critical feasibility issues such as those related to patient-population availability and recruitment, availability of resources.
- →Coordinating and implementing clinical research protocols, including protocol development and implementation, patient recruitment, patient enrollment, data collection and organization, data analysis, safety monitoring.
- →Ensuring compliance with protocol requirements to maintain data integrity; and supporting ongoing research and clinical programs at NIA.
