The Lead Medical Support Assistance (MSA) at grade GS-7 will be assigned to Women's Health Program and work under the general Supervision of the Women Veteran Program Manager.

- →The incumbent functions as the Lead Medical Support Assistant in the area of Women's Health to include, but not limited to Community Care categories of Maternity, IVF, Infertility, Breast Health, Gynecology and Reproductive Health.
- →The Lead MSA will work with the Supervisor in setting priorities and deadlines for the team, ensuring reports are completed timely and accurately.
- →Will provide input in problem solving on operations issues and procedures.
- →The Lead will be responsible for effective communication to include MSA, Veteran and provider questions and concerns.
- →Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Telework: Not Available.

Requirements
- ✓You must be a U.S.
