About the Role
The Lead MSA monitors and makes work assignments, provides input on performance, resolved daily workplace issues, and maintains efficient workflow. Assignments at this level include, but may not be limited to: assuring coverage of all areas of responsibility; ensuring accurate and timely completion of Return to Clinic Orders and Consults; reviewing data and reports to ensure efficiency, quality, and completion of work; providing guidance to staff members.
What You'll Do
- →Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assuring coverage of all areas of responsibility; ensuring accurate and timely completion of reports.
- →Working collaboratively with other services.
- →Developing and maintaining effective and efficient communication with the patient, with the interdisciplinary team, their supervisor, and other specialty services within the healthcare system.
- →Setting priorities and deadlines; adjusting the flow and sequencing of the work to meet team and patient needs; Participate in and provide input during team meetings to assist in resolving problems having to do with operational issues or procedures; Performing administrative follow-up actions.

Requirements
- ✓You must be a U.S.

- ✓Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- ✓Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
