What You'll Do
- →The following are the duties of this position at the full working level.
- →If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position.
- →Independently or as a Team Leader, serves as a technical expert for Compliance Domain systems development and undertakes technically complex projects/studies requiring coordination across functional lines service-wide.
- →Develops or assists other developers with software applications for the PC/Server/Web portal environment, using languages and technologies such as Java, J2EE, XML, HTML, SOAP, SQL, DB2, Oracle, other object oriented language and/or other Web technologies.
- →This includes understanding syntax, creating, compiling, executing, testing, and debugging programs, functions, and objects.
- →Is an expert senior technical advisor and Team Leader providing the full range of analytical and advisory support services, including the recommendation of programs and policies.
- →Provides guidance and assistance on the entire range of technical issues, especially in development program areas.
- →Evaluates and interprets comprehensive systemic change requests and makes recommendations to management.
- →Plans, organizes, and/or leads corporate or large-scale studies, projects, or team efforts which include other subject matter specialists, and involves highly technical computer issues.
Requirements

- ✓Key Eligibility Requirements: U.S Citizenship - Must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen or National and provide proof of U.S.
- ✓Citizenship.
- ✓Selective Service Registration - Males born after December 31, 1959 are required to be registered with the Selective Service System or prove they are exempt from having to do so.
- ✓Personal Identity Verification (PIV) - Must provide 2 forms of identification from the Form I-9.
