What You'll Do
- →As a Team Leader, communicates organization’s mission, vision, and values to the team.
- →Explains to team members the action items, projects and/or program issues under review, problems to be solved, deadlines and time frames for completion.
- →Participates in the work of the team, coaches and facilitates problem solving and assists in identifying solutions to accomplish the work.
- →Distributes assignments in accordance with workflow, skill level and specialization.
- →Analyzes functional and technical requirements of proposed or existing IT systems to determine avenues of development or modification.
- →Participates in systems requirement reviews and clarifies requirements.
- →Prepares system change/programming specifications, and specifies programming instructions, inputs and outputs, structures, and other analytical products to document the functional and technical requirements.
- →Tracks progress throughout the life cycle of the project.
- →Applies technical knowledge to ensure project schedules and objectives are accomplished.
- →Convenes regular in-progress reviews and maintains productive interaction with stakeholders.
