About the Role

The Programs and Project Mgmt Division is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects, oversee JOC operations, mentor junior managers, coordinate resources, and serve as acting chief when required.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as a Senior Project Manager applying engineering principles, life-cycle project management methods, and established administrative processes to manage assigned construction projects.
- →Plans, organizes, and manages a portfolio of Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) projects executed through multiple acquisition methods and across all phases of the project life cycle.
- →Coordinates the activities of multiple Project Delivery Teams to execute and control project scope, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality, procurement strategies, and resource allocations.
- →Serves as the District’s primary point of contact for sponsors, customers, and stakeholders, resolving concerns and providing formal and informal updates on project status, issues, impacts, and trends to District Leadership and stakeholders.
- →Prepares Project Management Plans that include project-specific budgets, risk analyses, and schedules; analyzes cost and budget reports; and controls project funds and milestones from planning through construction and initial operations.
