What You'll Do
- →Serves as expert advisor and the primary consultant to a group of organizational segments in Labor and Employee Relations.
- →Ensures that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals and objectives.
- →Provides expert advice and guidance to supervisors concerning discipline, grievances, appeals, leave administration and performance management.
- →Coordinates concepts with the union regarding changes in regulations, policies and procedures relating to personnel practices.
- →Develops, modifies, conducts and/or oversees the presentation of basic and/or refresher training in employee relations policies and procedures.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
