About the Role
You will serve as a LEAD HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL/OA) in the SUPPORT BATTALION, RECRUIT ADMIN CENTER of RECRUIT TRAINING REGIMENT.
What You'll Do
- →You will update, inquire, and process actions through systems.
- →You will review records and verify data affecting various other entitlements.
- →You will process standard actions for assigned areas such as assignment, enlistment, meritorious promotion, award, proficiency, and conduct evaluations.
- →You will be responsible as the lead for ensuring that work assignments of subordinate employees withing their section are assigned and carried out.
- →You will make adjustments to priorities when needed, provide on the job training as needed, and review work in progress.
