You will serve as a Lead Contracting Officer's Representative in the Contracting Department, Strategy and Compliance Division, (Code 430), of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for ensuring all necessary actions for effective execution of valid government requirements via contract vehicles are accomplished.
- →You will perform Advanced Planning Acquisition (AAP) by aiding projects and customers during pre-planning and development phases.
- →You will coordinate and lead the Acquisition Team in scoping meetings, assigning roles and responsibilities, ensuring realistic planning goals and objectives are established, ensuring adherence to schedule, and monitoring progress.
- →You will prepare metrics and reports, providing input and recommend changes to accomplish mission and program goals and objectives.
- →You will notify the Contracting Officer of any contractor performance issues and take corrective action as appropriate.
- →You will provide oversight of Contractor performance and contract execution to ensure financial and technical compliance with contract terms and conditions.
