Lead Content Creator

We’re looking for a visionary Lead Content Creator to drive Crunchy Sip’s brand voice and develop captivating content that educates, excites, and inspires our audience. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, digital media, and creativity — ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation and innovation in brand communication.

You’ll own the end-to-end content lifecycle — from concept development to distribution and analysis — and help shape the foundation of a category-defining brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy and creation for Crunchy Sip across digital platforms (social media, blog, website, email).
• Develop, refine, and optimize engaging written, visual, and video content that resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to translate product innovations into compelling stories.
• Build and manage a small creative team as our brand presence scales.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all content touchpoints.
• Oversee content calendars, performance tracking, and continuous improvement based on insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related creative field.
• Proven experience in content creation and strategy — preferably in the food, CPG, or sustainability sectors.
• Understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and various social media platforms.
• Hands-on mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving and multimedia production (writing, photography, video editing).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and ownership skills.
