About the position: This position serves a Senior Architect with the Rhine Ordnance Barracks Medical Center Replacement (ROBMCR) Program Office.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as a senior architect and project leader for a multidisciplinary technical team on the largest overseas military medical construction project in the Department of War portfolio, with a programmed amount over $1.8B.
- →Responsible for the creative design and technical review of architectural or engineering features of multi-million dollar projects designed by in-house forces, Architect-Engineer firms, and Host Nation design agencies.
- →Serve as the architectural medical design and construction technical expert, consultant, and advisor for the application of US and Host Nation criteria, codes, and standards in the design and construction of complex military and medical facilities.
- →Perform all senior level technical management functions and lead a team of lower-graded personnel in the performance of their technical engineering and design responsibilities.
- →Participate in review conferences, perform site investigations, and visit construction in progress to provide expert guidance.
- →Prepare reports on specific assignments concerning investigation, analysis, and resolution of technical problems.
