Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program and Creditable Service for Annual Leave Accrual are available. This position is located in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Business Solutions Center (BSC). The Information Technology Specialist (Systems Analysis) is responsible for business and technical requirements management in support of FSIS mission requirements.
What You'll Do
- →Ensures requirements are clear, complete, consistent, and resolves conflicts.
- →Analyzes and defines requirements and specifications for information discovery, collection, reuse, and exchange.
- →Codifies business requirements with project/application stakeholders.
- →Documents and validates requirements using requirements traceability tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.
- →Participates in requirements refinement with users to translate functional needs into system design/architecture.
- →Recommends technical solutions for business process needs.
- →Assists in developing user interface designs, prototypes, and specifications.
- →Guides program areas through the FSIS IT governance process.
- →Serves as liaison between OCIO developers and business stakeholders.
