What You'll Do
- →As an IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS) you will be responsible for the following duties.
- →If selected at the GS-09 or GS-11 level, duties will be performed in a developmental capacity: Functions as a senior systems analyst of a project/program support team and performs complex information technology (IT) systems assignments.
- →Serves as a senior member or coordinator of a project/program support team responsible for business systems requirements assessment, evaluation, analysis, planning, documentation testing, implementation, and maintenance of an assigned area.
- →Performs "level of effort" assessment/impact analysis in concert with customers, coworkers, and system users for fixes, enhancements and other changes based on high level business requirements.
- →Identifies and proposes recommendations on omissions and errors in the business systems requirements.
- →Interprets requirements from customers for DLA's systems through brainstorming, research and analysis, focus groups, interviews, observation, prototyping, requirements workshops, on-site visits, and/or one-on-one meetings.
