You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (SYSADMIN) in NRD PITTSBURGH PA.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide technical oversight to military and civilian personnel on microcomputer operations, software applications and automated system security.
- →You will analyze, evaluate, and monitor current microcomputer configuration to determine enhancements, upgrades, and modifications needed to improve performance and production and reduce costs.
- →You will maintain custody of cell phones, landlines, microcomputers equipment (software and hardware), prepare site surveys, inventory reports, budget and software management and maintenance reports for equipment and software problems.
- →You will order and deliver equipment and services in accordance with Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) policy and directives.
- →You will provide customer assistance and/or training for assigned systems.
- →You will be required to obtain and maintain a current Information Assurance Technician (IAT) certification - Level II.
Requirements
- ✓master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years (36 hours) of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
