This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. What You'll Do
- →You will install operating systems and all required and optional authorized software applications on all end user computing devices (e.g. workstations, laptops, tablets, smartphones, Internet connected devices).
- →You will evaluate, research, and report trends and patterns in customer support issues.
- →You will track, manage and report equipment inventories, life cycle management of hardware, software (and/or software licenses), and equipment disposal in accordance with policies and directives.
- →You will facilitate annual Information Assurance (IA) awareness training and assist the command in reporting loss or theft of information systems suspected of containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- →You will assist staff in identifying and purchasing new equipment and services to meet operational needs and initiate, track, and reconcile Information Technology Purchase Requests (ITPR).
Requirements
- ✓My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
- ✓Note: Undergraduate or Graduate Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management OR degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
- ✓All academic degrees and coursework must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions.
