About the Position: This position is within the US Naval Clinic FALLON, Directorate of Administration, Patient Administration Division in Fallon, Churchhill County Nevada. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for coordinating and implementing installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of assigned IT equipment, software applications and operating systems.
- →Performs IT tasks on systems, including associated IT equipment, software, network and interfaces, included in the Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN).
- →Plans and schedules the installation of new or modified hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- →Conducts system support studies and recommends necessary IT actions pertinent to all aspects of desktop systems support.
- →Provides guidance and assistance to subscribers and users concerning network systems upgrades and special requirements.
- →Maintains all IT systems installed to include computer systems, audio/visual systems, and any systems installed in future upgrades.
- →Prepares plans for infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle replacement of IT equipment.
