About the Position: This position is with the Defense Health Agency, located at Tripler Army Medical Center, Directorate of Resource Management, Information Management Branch, Honolulu Hawaii. What You'll Do
- →Deliver comprehensive Tier II technical support, troubleshooting, and tailored end-user training at Tripler Army Medical Center and affiliated units to rapidly mitigate operational disruptions and ensure maximum clinical system performance.
- →Execute critical information assurance and computer security protocols to safeguard sensitive patient data, while building, imaging, deploying, and configuring PC workstations, clinical systems kiosks, and specialized medical hardware.
- →Investigate and resolve complex Tier II hardware, software, and network issues, systematically analyzing critical system failures and executing rapid corrective technical actions to restore vital clinical systems functionality across the hospital.
- →Accurately document clinical systems help desk incidents and technical resolutions, maintains detailed logs, generates complex malfunction reports, and coordinates active IT support resources to guarantee high availability and system reliability.
- →Perform system administration utilizing Active Directory, DHCP, TCP/IP, and various Windows operating systems.
- →Configures network settings, manages clinical systems parameters, and maintains optimal OS and server connection configurations.
