This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Incumbent will serve as DoD Cyber Workforce Planner for HQ USEUCOM, ECJ6. You will be responsible for USEUCOM-wide C4/Cyber DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF).
What You'll Do
- →Develop, implement, and manage the comprehensive J6 Workforce training program, ensuring alignment with DoD, Service, and Combatant Command (CCMD) strategic objectives.
- →Responsible for the direct analysis, assessment, and management of personnel skills, competencies, and mandated certifications to ensure the workforce is technically proficient, compliant, and mission-ready.
- →Prepare detailed reports for leadership on readiness, deficiencies, and recommended corrective actions.
- →Ensure C4 training objectives are developed for United States European Command (USEUCOM) Exercises.
