About the Position: This position is located in San Antonio, Texas with the Defense Health Agency. Salary negotiation may be available for those new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.
What You'll Do
- →Develops, executes, and sustains enterprise level acquisition and procurement strategies, plans, and programs that holistically and programmatically procures Information Technology (IT) end user device assets and support services.
- →Performs research tasks to obtain a variety of cost, schedule, and performance data.
- →Prepares budgets and schedules for assigned programs.
- →Develops plans for future automation, telecommunications, and visual information requirements and life-cycle replacement and upgrades needed to sustain installation IT requirements.
- →Prepares acquisition packages for the acquisition of all end user device assets in support of the Lifecycle Management Program.
- →Serves as a Contracting Officer's Representative and evaluates requests for hardware to determine technical specifications.
- →Creates electronic inspections and receiving reports for associated contracts.
- →Manages warehouse operations in support of asset receiving, shipping, and deployments to Military Treatment Facilities, Medical Centers, and support agencies worldwide.
