About the Position: Serves as an Information Technology (IT) Specialist in Network Services and Information Security for the Information Management Division (IMD) at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC) in Landstuhl, Germany. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Provide direct support to the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and work closely with the Chief of Cybersecurity to accomplish tasks.
- →Responsible for the daily system and network security program.
- →Work closely with Customer Support, Network and System Administrators and Acquisition Branch personnel to ensure the security of systems and networks.
- →Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments to evaluate threats and risk to the network to ascertain the need for additional safeguards.
- →Conduct periodic scanning of network to identify compliant and non-compliant systems on network.
- →Create, track, and manage POAMS for affected systems.
