This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Information Technology Management (INFOSEC) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as an IT Specialist (INFOSEC) overseeing AFRICOM's Security Architecture Program. Leads secure infrastructure standards, implements IA policies, and provides A&A support. Collects and organizes system data for RMF reporting.
What You'll Do
- →Directs cybersecurity architecture activities to ensure information systems comply with DoD security policies.
- →Develops secure infrastructure solutions that support enterprise communications, network operations, and information assurance objectives.
- →Evaluates information systems and security controls to validate compliance with federal, DoD. and organizational security standards and policies.
- →Coordinates cybersecurity requirements with stakeholders to support implementation of enterprise architecture and infrastructure initiatives.
