This position is within FEMA's Office of the Chief Information Officer's (OCIO) Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Division responsible for designing, implementing, and managing of enterprise ICAM solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess experience in designing and deploying ICAM systems in complex distributed environments along with integrating emerging technologies such as Zero Trust and cloud-based identity platforms.
What You'll Do
- →What will I do in this position if hired?
- →In this position, you will serve as an Information Technology Specialist (INFOSEC).
- →Typical assignments include: Leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise identity, and security architecture and solutions.
- →Providing technical guidance and oversight for security integration projects, including cloud and on-premises systems.
- →Collaborating with stakeholders to assess business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
- →Enforcing enterprise compliance of OCIO mandated security solutions.

- →Travel requirements in support of emergency operations may be extensive in nature (weeks to months), with little advance notice, and may require employees to relocate to emergency sites with physically austere and operationally challenging conditions.
