This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), Infrastructure and User Services Group (IUSG). As a IT Specialist (ENTARCH/Cloud Platform Engineer), GS-2210-14, you will provide enterprise-level cloud platform engineering expertise, advanced financial operations oversight, executive-level technical consultation, and comprehensive analytical reports.
What You'll Do
- →Deliver and maintain hybrid and multi-cloud serverless solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) methodologies.
- →Direct large-scale infrastructure modernization initiatives and serve as a key liaison between infrastructure and development teams.
- →Design and implement enterprise-wide DevSecOps strategies that span multiple business units.
- →Lead the engineering assessment and migration of Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) workloads by refactoring and re-platforming applications into the CMS enterprise data center environment.
- →Lead the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) as senior technical advisor and tactical contributor.
