This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Information Technology (OIT). As an IT Specialist (ENTARCH), GS-2210-13, you will provide technical expertise and program management in conceptualizing, creating, and continuing Enterprise Architecture (EA) program within CMS.
What You'll Do
- →Direct the development and use of an enterprise architecture and investment process to reduce risk, align IT with business user needs, and manage IT as an investment.
- →Provide expert technical, analytical, and management guidance for the planning, review, evaluation, implementation, coordination, and integration of the CMS EA.
- →Lead projects for enterprise architecture studies to identify and determine business requirements using human centered design principles including creating personas, process flows, journey maps, service design blueprints, and other experience maps.
- →Support the development of IT capital planning with links to strategy/business, budget/financial management, and software/hardware capabilities.
