What You'll Do
- →Development and maintenance of emergency and contingency documentation Performs a wide range of tasks/projects, independently or as a member of a team, in the administration, development, delivery and support of IT applications, systems, and services.
- →Utilizes experience, discretion, judgment and knowledge in the planning, execution, operation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure Participates as a team or project leader with others in a virtual environment accountable to the EPR Supervisor.
- →Creates and maintains documentation on IT systems and infrastructure to include configuration standards, as-built diagrams and historical and trending information.
- →Satellite Communications Knowledge This position is Bargaining Unit eligible.
- →This position is primarily aligned to the following NICE Cybersecurity Workforce Framework work roles: 431 - Knowledge Management Work Schedule: M-F, 8am-4:30pm Compressed/Flexible: Compressed/flexible schedule available at the manager's discretion Telework: Ad hoc/situational as determined by agency policy.

Requirements
