What You'll Do
- →As an IT Specialist (DATAMGT) you will be responsible for the following duties: Design, configuration, implementation, replication (or backup), recovery and restoration of data management systems that enable the organization's ability to operate during routine and emergency conditions of degraded or stressed environments.
- →Configure servers in a Microsoft® and Linux operating environment using Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) ®, Microsoft Access®, Microsoft Sharepoint® Microsoft Power BI, and ServiceNow.
- →Responsibilities include homegrown "front end" applications to access, input or retrieve reports from the database systems; planning, evaluating, selecting, and acquiring the necessary IT supporting systems to support the TFSO mission, etc.
- →Develops standard operating procedures (SOPs) for users and other IT professionals to interact with database applications.
- →Serve as database developer and manager in a Microsoft environment using Structured Query Language (SQL) and Microsoft Distributed File System (DFS).
- →Analyze, plan, design and, manage the database design architecture to properly align with strategic plans and mission requirements.
