About the Position: This position is located at Evans Army Community Hospital on Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, CO This is a Direct Hire Solicitation -A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. -Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. -Student Loan repayment may be authorized. -Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Perform customer service 'help desk' duties.
- →Provide basic assistance to functional users regarding operation and maintenance and uses common techniques to test and analyze computer malfunctions.
- →Support technical specialists in a wide range of assignments related to areas of hardware installation and movement, maintenance, supply, and property accountability.
- →Independently provides in-house support for repair of selected hardware items.
- →Assist analyst in the installation and maintenance of a variety of complex hardware.
- →Ensure password controls and procedures are followed.
- →Troubleshoot all aspects of the system to Include hardware, software, and communication lines.
