What You'll Do
- →You will develop problem tracking databases for trend analysis.
- →You will configure desktop hardware and peripherals (e.g., network cards, printers, video cards, scanners, or similar items) to minimize disruptions of computer operations.
- →You will interview information technology (IT) system users to ascertain system issues and lead them through diagnostic procedures.
- →You will plan delivery of information technology (IT) customer support services (e.g., hardware or software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, or similar services) for an organization.
Requirements
- ✓Applicants may qualify with the following education in lieu of the specialized experience qualification: For GS-11: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management.
