About the Position: About the Position: Serve as an IT Specialist (CUSTSPT) at Evans Army Community Hospital located on Fort Carson, Colorado Springs, CO. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation This is a TERM, NTE 3 years position A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Diagnose and resolve customer reported IT incidents by researching, evaluating, and providing feedback.
- →Create and maintain domain user accounts for end users.
- →Provide technical support to customers including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and training.
- →Assist analyst in the installation and maintenance of a variety of complex hardware Provide Information Technology (IT) support to the staff and end user devices (EUDs) Troubleshoot all aspects of the system to Include hardware, software, and communication lines.
