What You'll Do
- →The incumbent works in the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Information Operations (J6), Program Executive Office (J62), Platform Technical and Application Support (J62XF), Application and Compliance Technical Support (J62XFB).
- →Provide support for the development of existing and newly requested SAP Portal content (I.E., iViews, Pages, Roles, Worksets, and System Objects).
- →Perform technical upgrades for all Portal components to support new development as required.
- →Maintain Single Sign On (SSO) capabilities and develop new SSO solutions for backend applications Collaborate with the PST Team to design, build, and execute Performance Stress Testing scenarios report for EBS and External Portals.
- →Provide administration support for Portal and SAP Web Dispatcher environments to include (i.e., patching, file storage and transfer, importing and exporting SAP Portal content, file systems and portal provisioning... ...documentation of processes, security documentation, account management, troubleshooting, network configuration and operation system configuration).
- →Provide day-to-day and emergency support for all portal environments in the build, performance test and Production Support landscapes.
- →Resolves problems and areas requiring corrective action as related to day-to-day operations.
- →Applies the following: IT program management approaches, agile principles, emerging IT acquisition strategies, performance measures and quality management, acquisition planning, information assurance, systems engineering, IT systems sustainment .... ...approaches, and systems engineering activities as they relate to program protection, interoperability, and technology.
- →Conducts and/or participates in the research and investigation of technological developments that have the potential to improve the design, documentation... ....development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing applications software.
