What You'll Do
- →Processes and tracks Technology Catalog Orders.
- →Creates Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions and approves invoice.
- →Changes and track Orders (Purchase Order Modification).
- →Creates Contract Orders & Modifications (SharePoint, IQ, Scheduling, Web Design etc.) and forwards Purchase Orders with contract documentation to vendor.
- →Manages and coordinates the Studios Senate Media Centers (Democratic & Republican Recording Studios).
- →Manages and coordinates SAA Office Automation Orders.
- →Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- ✓High School Diploma, GED.
