About the Position: Serves as an Information Technology (IT) Specialist and Project Manager (PM) for the Information Management Division (IMD) at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC). This is a Direct Hire Solicitation This position is located at Landstuhl, Germany
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for managing IT project scope, cost and schedule through all phases in the project lifecycle.
- →Utilizes the Project Management Framework to administer projects through Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing (or transition to sustainment) process phases Uses standard Project Management tools and techniques to produce required outputs and desired results.
- →Implements corporate decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the development and implementation of projects.
- →Manages collaboration with Information Mangement Division technical experts toward the preparing of requirements documents and cost estimates for work to be contracted.
- →Develops IT strategies, prepares IT business case analysis studies, and develops course of action recommendations.
- →Evaluates new requirements for IT services, consulting with customers (from technical experts to senior Command leaders) to define functional requirements.
- →Exercises team lead responsibility over approximately two subordinated civilian employees engage in providing IT project and business operation support.
