What You'll Do
- →You will serve as an IT CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) in the OPERATIONS DIRECTORATE (N3) at NAVY CYBER DEFENSE OPERATIONS COMMAND (NCDOC).
- →You will manage and maintain Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) mission requirements for defense of all Navy networks and across all Navy commands.
- →You develop and manage processes and procedures to identify, analyze, isolate, eradicate and report advanced cyber threats.
- →You will develop defensive tactics, invest in capabilities to counter threats, and oversee technological integration of new capabilities.
- →You will provide expert analysis of internal analyst actions to identify capability and procedural shortfalls.
- →You will perform countermeasure development using information gathered from a variety of sources.
- →You will recommend modifications and adjustments of the security architecture based on the system environment.
- →You will provide subject matter expertise in advanced network and endpoint attack analysis, execution of network defensive operations and adversarial attack processes.
- →You will coordinate with cyber defense staff and analysts to validate tasks and capabilities to ensure that tools and equipment meet needs.
