About the Position: This position is to plan, develop, and execute the International Military Student (IMS) Sponsorship Program.
What You'll Do
- →Assist the Chief and Field Studies Program (FSP) Coordinator in planning and conducting local community orientation tours.
- →Ensure that all projected students are provided with military, civilian, and in-class sponsors in a timely manner.
- →Responsible for assisting in planning, organizing and executing a variety of official and unofficial social activities for international students, their host families and in-class sponsors.
- →Assist international students and their families with lodging, transportation, dining, medical and educational arrangements.
- →Coordinate pre-course and academic briefings and orientation for new international students.
- →Review information contained in reports and statistical data for impact on international students department operations.
- →Serve as paying agent on scheduled Field Studies Program (FSP) activities.
- →Conduct periodic training sessions with International Students Division (ISD) staff to maintain IT security awareness.
