This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Provides project management, design, CAD design, engineering, and construction administration services for a variety of mechanical, civil, architectural, and electrical projects.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as a Project Manager for construction, and repair projects for all phases of a project, from predesign to construction phase.
- →Considered the Engineering or Architectural SME.
- →Apply knowledge of the principles, techniques, and practices of related engineering and architectural disciplines in accomplishing a wide range of diverse projects.
- →Determine requirements, author Scope of Work (SOW) or Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Government Estimates (IGE), and other contract support documents.
- →Administer contracts for a variety of procurement vehicles as well as service contracts.
- →Coordinate construction operations with using activities, other contractors, and installation organizations to avoid any unnecessary interruption of work.
