About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Lead for the Quality Assurance Team in the Construction Branch, is responsible for planning; directing and technically reviewing the quality assurance activities related to major and complex military and civil works construction program.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the leader for the Quality Assurance Team in the Construction Branch.
- →Serves as coach, facilitator and /or negotiator in coordinating team initiatives and in consensus building activities among team members.
- →Manages and conducts bidability, constructability, operability, and environmental compliance (BCOE) reviews on contract packages.
- →Provides technical advice and consulting services for the various construction disciplines by applying expert knowledge attained through years of construction experience.
