This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as a Project Manager (PM) for assigned projects and/or installation in support of the District's Military/Support for Others (SFO) program.
What You'll Do
- →Control and manage project milestones and budgets from planning and design through construction and initial operations.
- →Responsible for the overall coordination and execution of assigned projects and/or installations.
- →Serve as the District's primary point of contact for projects assigned with customer, Federal, state and local authorities.
- →Review and analyze cost reports to assure charges are authorized and appropriate; identify unauthorized charges and assure corrective actions are taken for the ultimate disposition of inappropriate charges.
