This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Responsible for implementation of the government QA Program, review of quality control plans & assessments of contractor performance.
What You'll Do
- →Reviews quality control plans and procedures and assessments of contractor performance through regular field surveillance and daily documentation procedures.
- →Assures that requirements developed in 3-phase inspections comply with contract documents and are incorporated into the work and takes necessary steps to resolve deficiencies Prepares QA report for each day site is visited.
- →Reviews design submittals, performing review and coordinating with customers.
- →Assists in preparation of Project Management Plans (PMP) and changes to the PMP baseline scope, schedule and budget.
- →Obtains timely and cost effective projects through proper contract administration in accordance with contract requirements and Resident Office policies and procedures.
