What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Program Manager for Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI), overseeing the design, development, test and evaluation (TE), and production of launch and terminal area support systems.
- →You will develop funding requirements and life cycle cost profiles, managing financial performance and defending program plans to senior leadership.
- →You will ensure that all flight test program requirements are implemented by applicable contractors for assigned support systems You will coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to develop contracts aligned with the organizations objectives, maintain relevant documentation and provide supporting data for resource requirements.
Requirements

- ✓OPM guidance indicates that there should be either an established plan of intensive training to develop professional engineering competence, or several years of prior professional engineering-type experience.
- ✓This training plan or experience must be well documented and provided at time of application.) For Series 1501- General Mathematics and Statistics Series Successful completion of a bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, statistics, or actuarial science.
- ✓The degree must be in a major field of study (at least at the baccalaureate level) that is appropriate for the position.
- ✓OR Combination of education and experience: Courses equivalent to a major field of study as shown in paragraph A above, plus additional education or appropriate experience.
