What You'll Do
- →You will provide special technical expertise and leadership in complex coordination and management of all contractor engineering and product assurance efforts.
- →You will be responsible for the technical aspects of the program and coordinate program impacts with the Strategic Systems Programs Program Managers.
- →You will monitor and approve efforts dealing with acceptability, utilization and sustainment of hardware, support equipment, and software including design and process changes.
- →This includes the assessment and evaluation of aging effects.
- →You will assure that configuration control of weapons systems is in compliance with the approved Configuration Management processes.
- →You will implement program policy, engineering criteria, and provide information to the prime contractor and Navy field activities.
- →You will represent the command in assigned areas of responsibility when interfacing with field activities, fleet representatives, contractors, laboratories, and consultants.
Requirements
